What You’ll Do:
Generate revenue and drive growth.
Obtain new job orders and present solutions for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing needs.
Set competitive pay and bill rates, working towards profitability targets.
Tap into a variety of resources to identify qualified prospects.
Make impactful cold calls to decision-makers, introduce our services, and build strong client connections.
Develop lasting partnerships with clients through regular outreach and personal interactions.
Conduct on-site visits, attend client meetings, and provide ongoing support, ensuring our candidates meet or exceed expectations.
Partner with our recruiting team to deliver the best candidates to clients. This includes:
Presenting qualified candidates to clients, guiding job offers, and managing interview feedback.
Conducting quality checks for temporary or temp-to-hire positions to maintain client satisfaction.

Who You Are
Experience: 1-3+ years in sales; staffing or manufacturing industry experience is a strong advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
