Here’s what you’ll be doing:
You’ll be working with the Integration & Test, Development and Cybersecurity Teams for a Government Off the Shelf (GOTS) Software Product that is currently in development. Duties in this position will include working side by side with a highly qualified Development staff, working with the Government customer on their Integration support, and assisting the Cybersecurity Team in finding and documenting vulnerabilities found in testing, and developing automated tests to provide continual support to product development.
Here’s what you’ll need:
You must have a Bachelor’s degree at minimum, in a relevant field such as Software Development, System Engineering, or similar. Also, we’re looking for someone with 5+ years full-time professional experience in areas such as Software Testing, Software Development, Software Engineering, or similar. Finally, you must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret Clearance.
You also must have:
· The ability to document test results for product acceptance and requirement traceability
· Familiarity with executing software tests within a development environment
· Experience with automated test frameworks, and designing automated tests and requirements
· Exposure to multiple types of testing (Integration, Compatibility, Stress, Regression, etc)
· Proficiency with using source control tools (Git, TFS, etc)
· Issue tracking application experience (Gitlab, Jira, etc)
· Ability to communicate findings clearly to both the development team and customer base
· A drive to learn and grow on a great team in an amazing company

· Software Development Expertise
· Modeling and Simulation QA/testing
· Experience in software QA/testing for a DoD program
· Experience with Fortify scanning
· Experience with GitLab Ultimate scanning/security tools
· Unit Testing experience
· Familiarity with integrating with CI/CD pipelines
· The ability to share knowledge via mentorship and teaching
· Technical Writing Experience (SOPs, RMF Documentation, Architectural Diagrams, etc.)
· Current Secret or higher clearance
