HRecruit is partnering with a leading financial institution to identify an experienced Credit Risk Review Advisor – Senior to join their credit risk oversight team. This is a high-impact role supporting enterprise-level commercial credit risk governance. Ideal candidates will bring deep knowledge of commercial lending, a strong grasp of credit risk frameworks, and proven leadership in review or underwriting environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead credit review engagements as Reviewer in Charge, managing teams and deliverables
- Perform in-depth assessments of complex commercial credit transactions and underwriting standards
- Validate internal risk ratings and credit administration practices
- Analyze portfolio trends to identify systemic issues, risk concentrations, or policy gaps
- Prepare clear, actionable reports and communicate findings to senior stakeholders
- Provide strategic insight on credit risk influenced by market and economic trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in credit risk review or commercial credit underwriting
- Expertise in Commercial, CRE, Corporate Banking, Leveraged Lending, or Middle Market portfolios
- Experience with large institutions (asset size of $80B+) and average deal sizes around $50MM
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in constructive, critical conversations
- Proven leadership skills in managing review teams and coordinating engagements
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
