We are conducting a search on behalf of a defense industry partner for experienced aviation professionals to support rotary-wing aircraft operations. This role will provide both on-site and off-site aviation maintenance and functional check flight operations in compliance with U.S. Army directives (including AR 95-1 and AR 95-20).
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform aviation maintenance, repairs, and inspections, including phase maintenance support.
Conduct developmental and operational test and evaluations on aircraft, aviation systems, and associated support equipment.
Troubleshoot, isolate faults, and ensure aircraft readiness and compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Support organizational and intermediate-level maintenance functions.
Complete all documentation, safety, and compliance requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
FAA A&P license or completion of a military aircraft repairer school (AH-64E / Delta model experience preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of rotary-wing aircraft maintenance experience within Army Aviation.
Prior experience with organizational and intermediate-level military aviation maintenance.
Strong background in safety, documentation, HAZMAT, production control, and scheduling.
Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to pass an Aircraft Mechanic skills assessment test.
