We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support the development and integration of advanced Remote Weapon Systems (RWS). This role will focus on systems compatibility, performance evaluation, requirements management, integration, testing, and production transition activities in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate system development activities including design, integration, verification, validation, and formal testing
- Develop and manage system requirements, specifications, and technical documentation
- Perform requirements verification and compliance assessments
- Support system integration and oversee transitions into production
- Manage and document system configurations and engineering processes
- Participate in design reviews and provide systems engineering direction
- Support reliability, maintainability, and logistics analysis
- Collaborate with engineering, program management, and customer stakeholders
- Support technical proposals, RFQs, and customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Technology, or related technical field
- 5+ years of relevant systems engineering experience
- Experience with complex hardware/software integration and network architectures
- Understanding of MBSE methodologies and systems engineering processes
- Experience with Cameo preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
