Hiring for a Comptroller for a small to mid size Department of Defense contractor located in Huntsville, AL.

This team actively supports the MDA/Boeing Digital Engineering team, providing MBSE resources that enable our customer to develop and deploy a Missile Defense System to protect our homeland, armed services, families, and friends.

Multiple roles available from Junior level to Senior level. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will have a key role in supporting the propellant manufacturing system development and operation for this customer.

The job entails developing and integrating GMD Element M&S hardware with NGI HWIL systems, involving all design lifecycle activities from requirements development to system delivery. Responsibilities also include maintaining electronic and electrical system requirements, developing test plans/procedures/reports, conducting design trades and literature research, reviewing system designs using systems engineering tools, and resolving technical problems impacting performance, cost, or schedule. The ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment is essential.

In this role you’ll serve on the Software Development team in support of Boeing’s and the US Army’s Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Missile Seeker Program and other potential missile defense programs. This team actively supports the Boeing development and integration engineering team providing real-time software engineering and development resources.
