We are partnering with a rapidly evolving advanced manufacturing and defense-focused organization at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact, executive-level HR leadership role where you will shape the future of the organization—driving alignment, strengthening culture, and building the infrastructure needed to scale globally.
This is not a traditional HR role. It is a transformation mandate.
The Role
As Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness, you will report directly to the CEO and lead global HR across North America, Europe, and Australia.
You will play a central role in aligning leadership, strengthening trust across the organization, and integrating corporate and manufacturing operations to support rapid growth in highly regulated and mission-critical industries.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Aligning Leadership
Create clarity at the top by establishing decision-making frameworks, accountability structures, and consistent leadership operating rhythms.
Bridging Corporate & Manufacturing Teams
Break down silos between front-office and manufacturing environments by building shared communication and execution models.
Building Trust & Psychological Safety
Ensure employees at all levels—especially in production environments—can raise concerns, contribute ideas, and operate in a culture of fairness and accountability.
Defining Structure & Decision Rights
Bring clarity to roles, authority, and decision ownership across a complex, global organization.
Retaining & Scaling Talent
Stabilize critical technical and manufacturing talent while building a scalable recruiting engine to support growth in defense, aerospace, and energy sectors.
Designing a Global HR Model
Establish a modern, globally aligned HR function that balances centralized strategy with regional execution.
