Duties:
- Oversee all financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Manage the financial reporting process, including the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and make recommendations for cost savings and revenue enhancement
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements
- Manage cash flow and monitor budget performance
- Prepare forecasts and financial projections to support business planning and decision-making
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial management
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards
- Thorough understanding and experience working in Deltek CostPoint
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
- 10 years’ experience
- Supervisory experience of accounting/finance professionals
