The job entails developing and integrating GMD Element M&S hardware with NGI HWIL systems, involving all design lifecycle activities from requirements development to system delivery. Responsibilities also include maintaining electronic and electrical system requirements, developing test plans/procedures/reports, conducting design trades and literature research, reviewing system designs using systems engineering tools, and resolving technical problems impacting performance, cost, or schedule. The ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment is essential.

In this role you will provide support to the conduct of counterintelligence activities (investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, and defensive functional services) to detect, identify, assess, exploit, penetrate, degrade, and counter or neutralize foreign intelligence collection efforts, sabotage, espionage, and terrorist activities directed against the customer, its personnel, information, material, facilities, and activities. Specifically, the Candidate shall support CI collections; provide support to CI Analysis and Production (A&P); and support CI Research.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project
  • Ability to work independently and / or leads sub-teams to analyze and resolve problems
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree relevant to the Security/CI fields preferred
  • Final TS with SCI eligibility

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to assist the Collection Manager in identifying CI information needs and develop draft CI collection requirements to satisfy those needs for submission to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) for validation and inclusion in the community requirements database
  • Ability to evaluate CI and IIR reporting that responds to CI collection requirements
  • Ability to obtain and report information gained through CI foreign travel debriefings, liaison relationships with U.S. and host nation intelligence, security, military services, LE agencies, and walk-ins drafting evaluation reports or IIRs for Collection Manager’s review and release
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with the DIA Region Centers; DoD and National Intelligence Production Centers; Combatant Command (CCMD) J2/J2X staff; and U.S. Embassy Military Liaison Officers (MLOs), Defense Attaché (DATT), and Regional Security Officers to collect finished intelligence products on current criminal, terrorist, and foreign intelligence threats that respond to validated DEIX customer requirements
  • Ability to research and analyze raw intelligence information, and submit collection requirement via CHROME to fill intelligence gaps
  • Ability to write analytical products that are in compliance with DoDI 5240.18 and ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
  • Ability to monitor and maintain content on classified and unclassified A&P web portals and databases
  • Ability to produce an Operations Support Package by researching and analyzing raw intelligence information and submit Ad-Hoc collection requirement via CHROME to CI Agents and Officers to fill intelligence gaps
  • Ability to provide CI lead development based on DCSA, military, and Intelligence Community information
  • Ability to perform the necessary research and analysis to produce SCRM Threat Assessments to identify foreign intelligence or other adversarial threats to Level 1 and 2 components supply chains that are vulnerable to exploitation
  • Ability to support the Special Access Program Control Office by engaging and collaborating with the DIA Region Centers; DoD and National Intelligence Production Centers; Combatant Command (CCMD) J2/J2X staff; and U.S. Embassy MLOs, DATT, and Regional Security Officers to collect finished intelligence products on current criminal, terrorist, and foreign intelligence threats that respond to validated customer requirement
  • Ability to conduct foreign entity name checks using National and DoD intelligence, CI and LE databases, files, and indices
